Dearest reader,
Can you believe that two years ago (yesterday), I officially launched Creatively Well ā which would later evolve into the presence we know today as The Unseen Realm?!
My mission when I started was to aid creatives, intuitives, and small business owners in being nourished and to flourish in life, through a collection of tools, resources, and support for well-beingā¦ largely through similar means that I incorporate into The Unseen Realm today: energy work, meditation, divinatory readings.
Last year, Oct 7th, I officially unveiled the evolution and rebirth from Creatively Well to The Unseen Realm, and one year ago yesterday, I revealed my new logo design for The Unseen Realm.
So October has historically been a transformational time for the spirit of this practice/business. And just like the ever-changing flow of life, my mission and focus has also continued to evolve.
This October has revealed new creative urges that want to come to life, through meā¦ mind you, this isnāt only relevant to October. Iām sure I will continue to create and develop new and creative ways to share my learnings, gifts, and support beings who resonate with me and my pursuit.
And as I reflect on the past two years, Iām being nudged to restate my mission at this point and get clear with you on where I see this evolution of The Unseen Realm moving to next:
Presently, I feel most drawn to create offerings from the rootedness of conscious self-discovery.
Iāve written an entire Substack post on what conscious self-discovery means to me, which you can go read hereā¦ but to summarize:
Conscious self-discovery is the intentional process of exploring and understanding your true self on a deep, mindful level. Think soul/spirit/essence level. It's about peeling back the layers of conditioned beliefs, societal expectations, and unconscious patterns to reveal your authentic selfāyour core values, desires, and purpose.

Even further beneath this rootedness, is the knowing that we are all deeply connected to nature, and to all other beings (each other), seen and unseen. And I think itās time we remember. Or perhaps: re-member ourselves as part of the collective whole.
And this interconnected layer feels so important to emphasize because it helps bridge the act of conscious self-discovery to the ways in which changing the world starts with the self.
Maybe it sounds like a lofty goal, to change the world, and to be vulnerable here, Iām not even certain that all parts of my being fully believe that this is even possibleā¦
but when I take a moment to connect deep into my heart, into the everlasting part of me that is made up of energy (which is infinite, and will never be destroyed, only change forms)ā¦ this part of me knows my impact and influence is deeper than my conscious mind would allow me to believe.
I am choosing to believe that the butterfly effect, whichĀ describes how a tiny change in one part of a system can cause a huge, non-linear effect elsewhere, is on my side here.
And I want you to know you have a greater impact than you know too.
To further the large overarching goal of changing the world, this desire exists within me because it feels essential.
Because we are not free.
We live within tangled systems of oppression ā
Itās more than just living under capitalism, or patriarchy. And itās even more than just living through multiple genocides. There are so many more intersections than most people (surely myself included) realize: the kyriarchy is the social system that keeps all intersecting oppressions in place.
The idea of kyriarchy can be seen as expanding upon patriarchy, yet ultimately itās more than thatā¦
Kyriarchy recognizes that no single axis (like gender in the patriarchy example) can capture the full complexity of social hierarchies that influence power dynamics. The systems are constantly reshaped by cultural, political, and economic changes, making them deeply contextual and intersectional.
And attempting to list all systems of oppression under the kyriarchal framework is challenging precisely because kyriarchy is dynamic and evolves over time, adjusting with shifting societal structures, political agendas, and cultural norms.
Remember when I said conscious self-discovery is about peeling back the layers of conditioned beliefs, societal expectations, and unconscious patterns to reveal your authentic self?
It makes it much easier to challenge those beliefs and expectations when you can clearly see them for what they are: constructs of a system designed to limit and control, rather than reflections of your inherent worth or truth.
I suppose what was wanting to be shared and witnessed today is the expectation for this space to further evolve into owning its foundational truth of being activist driven. Because thatās me. A rebel and an activist, through and through to my core.
And to be crystal clear Iām not here making offerings to make money so I can buy designer bags and fancy āthingsā
Iām largely here to channel resources into transformative spaces and initiatives that fuel the work of tearing down the kyriarchy and uplifting our marginalized communities. My desire is to giveback and to have an even greater impact with the almighty dollar.
