Hey Dear Reader,
This morning, I sat, letting my thoughts wander over the last six years. It’s my partner and my anniversary today — a milestone that holds so much more than a number. Relationships are like that, aren’t they? Full of depth, nuance, and quiet moments of learning.
I’ve been reflecting on relationships a lot lately:
Relationships aren’t just with the people around us, they’re the threads that hold everything together.
Connections with the land, the energy of the moon, our ancestors, or even something like money or purpose. We’re in relationship with all of these things, whether we acknowledge it or not. They all call us to show up, listen, and participate in this cosmic dance.
Do you hear the call?
Of course, showing up isn’t always easy. Sometimes, resistance whispers in our ears, spinning stories of why we shouldn’t bother.
I’ve felt it lately, that urge to shy away, to turn inward and avoid the discomfort of connection. But I’ve also learned that resistance is often an invitation — a threshold asking us to lean in and discover what’s waiting on the other side.
When my brain starts flooding me with all of these reasons why we (me and my brain, Brian) can’t do the thing, it’s a flag to me that I’m in resistance. This happened with my Morning Pages exercise…
Reading over the “rules” of The Artist’s Way practice, by Julia Cameron, I kept hearing excuses as to why I couldn’t do that, or why I wouldn’t be able to make this work. And these weren’t self-deprecating thoughts like: You’re going to FAIL! but much more subtle, and, quite frankly, logical reasons as to why I might not be able to adhere to the practice.
Luckily, I know myself well enough to know that this is the time to dive in and push forward.
And just as luckily, I know that I am not my thoughts.
In the work I do, I see these dynamics unfold time and again: the push and pull of resistance, the profound shifts that come when we honour our connections, even the unseen ones. It’s this web of relationships — both seen and unseen — that shapes my work and the offerings I’ve created over the last few years.
Because, at the heart of it all, we’re all in relationship: with each other, with the world around us, and with the unseen realms that weave through our lives. And when we show up to those relationships with care, the possibilities are infinite.
As we continue into 2025, I’m excited to deepen this exploration.

I’ve been holding this offering in my heart for a long time, waiting for the right moment to bring it to life! ✨
This feels like the most natural expression of the work I’ve been weaving. It’s this beautiful blend of intuitive energy weaving, clearing, grounding, and whatever magic needs to come through in the moment. Every session is unique, shaped by what you and your energy are ready to release, receive, and shift.
This energy work is multimodal, 100% remote/distant, fully personalized, with the option for asynchronous or scheduled appointments, that span approximately 1 hour!

Similar to my previous sessions, I work intuitively with your energy body, channeling universal energies to restore balance, release what’s ready to go, and invite harmony into your physical, emotional, and spiritual layers.

I’m offering packages, sliding scale pricing, and even experimenting with a new Waitlist option, which will be the same energy work, at heavily discounted pricing to create more accessibility through non-scheduled appointments. These sessions require a small deposit ($10 CAD) up front to hold your place and initiate the work on my schedule: they are fulfilled within 4 months, and have an email follow up with my session notes.
All sessions are booked through email while I get some of the tech set up to accept sliding scale payments. So feel free to reply to this email, or check out my website for more details.
